This professional frying pan, Tyler Model, is designed to be used in the hotel and catering sector. It has an excellent thermal conductivity and an ergonomic handle that is resistant to heat. The surface of this pan has 3 non-stick layers. It is made of polished aluminium, with 4mm in thickness, PFOA-free and has a stainless steel handle and is fixed with rivets. This frying pan is suitable for electric and gas cookers, as well as for glass ceramics. It is not suitable for induction hobs. However, it is very easy to use. Dishwasher safe. Frying pan size: 24.6 x 6.8cm and 30 x 6.8cm.
